MORE INFORMATION Services provide supports to people who have complex medical needs requiring support with a wide range of physical and emotional needs. Programs serving adults who have Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC) and Elderly Waiver (EW), and also serving people who select private pay. The homes are located throughout the metropolitan area and north of the Twin Cities. Many sites offer handicap accessible single-level living. Each home serves four people, each with his or her own bedroom. Services are provided 24-hours per day.
