Helps parents plan for housing options for children with disabilities. Helps prepare for high school and transition age years prepared for adulthood, what supports and services exist.
Services include:

* Workshops on housing options, services and supports
* Housing guide including national and state housing resources to individuals with disabilities and their parents

Information, guidance and online tools that help people find housing that meets their needs.
Housing Benefits 101 offers online information and tools to help people find housing and housing programs that meet their needs.
It provides:
* Guidance on how to find the right home and services
* Moving into the community from a facility, group home, or foster care
* Fixing problems with your current place
* Ideas that may help you stay in your current place
* Tools and info for young people to find housing
* Guides to programs that can help pay for your housing
* Information on housing programs that can also provide other services
Two free online tools help people find housing:
* HB101 Places helps people find vacancies in housing programs, such as Boarding and Lodging with Special Services (BLSS), that offer services or that make it easy to bring services in. Adult Foster Care services and Board and Lodge programs across Minnesota are listed. Filters can help you create a list that meets your needs and matches your housing support benefits.
* The HB101 Homeless Services in Minnesota Map helps people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to find their nearest Coordinated Entry (CE) resource. The Coordinated Entry System (CES) connects people with the emergency shelters in their area. Click on your location on the map, and it will point you to the Coordinated Entry service in your area.
