Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences.

The client services program is the core program and gateway to other services. After an initial intake and assessment is completed, an individual plan for each client is established and implemented, which will include:
* Advocacy - develop a case plan with goal, provide information and referrals to services or agencies
* Educational support groups
* Assessing survivor needs
* Developing care plans
* Facilitating community reintegration
* Promote self-sufficiency

Supportive Housing
Low income housing with staff that helps residents identify resources or navigate available support systems
Housing for people with low income that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs.
MORE INFORMATION
Offers safe, stable housing for survivors and their children.
Single women and women with children can reside in this program for as long as they need, but the goal of the housing program is for residents to become self-sufficient.
