The Home Rehabilitation Program is available to Plymouth homeowners to help with repairs to make the home a safer, more energy efficient place to live. This may include new roofs, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation. Funding is a zero interest deferred loan.
Offers a zero interest deferred loan up to $40,000 for low and moderate income households to maintain, repair and improve their homes in the City of Plymouth.
* Eligible improvements include repairs necessary to make your home a safer, more energy efficient place to live. This includes new roofs, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation.
The Emergency Repair Program for Seniors is a grant for Plymouth homeowners age 55 or older. Grants up to $7500 can be used for emergency repairs to:
* Water heaters
* Furnaces
* Roof repairs
* Broken windows
* Doors and door locks
* Water and sewer repairs
* Accessibility upgrades - grab bars and handrails
* Minor electrical and plumbing work
* Critical kitchen and bath repairs
