Education sessions are designed to help family and friends develop the necessary skills and confidence needed to nurture and support the older adults with long-term health conditions that they are caring for.
Sessions designed to help family and friends care for those with memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.
Services include:
* Memory care consultations
* Increasing community awareness of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia's
* Promoting early identification of dementia for those most at-risk
* Providing caregivers of persons with dementia resources and information to help themselves remain healthy which in turn allows them to continue to care for their loved ones.
