MORE INFORMATION Education sessions are designed to help family and friends develop the necessary skills and confidence needed to nurture and support the older adults with long-term health conditions that they are caring for. Sessions designed to help family and friends care for those with memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. Services include: * Memory care consultations * Increasing community awareness of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia's * Promoting early identification of dementia for those most at-risk * Providing caregivers of persons with dementia resources and information to help themselves remain healthy which in turn allows them to continue to care for their loved ones.

MSOCS provides residential and vocational support services for people with disabilities.

Staff or volunteers answer questions or talk confidentially with callers. Program can provide information, a sympathetic listener, advice and/or referrals to other resources. MORE INFORMATION A 24/7 helpline serving people with memory loss, their caregivers, health care professionals and the public. Staff of the helpline can help with: * Understanding memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer's * Medications and other treatment options * General information about aging and brain health * Skills to provide quality care and to find the best care from professionals * Safety issues * Recommendations for finding quality care providers * Strategies to reduce caregiver stress * Legal and financial documents for future care * Referrals to local community programs and services
