Advice, support and comfort for people and their families
A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.
MORE INFORMATION
Local in-person or online support groups for adults experiencing the trauma of a divorce or separation.
The groups provide an opportunity for participants to understand their relationships past and present; work through feelings of grief, loss, rejection, guilt and other emotions related to their experience; and gain a sense of their own identity.
The groups use biblically-based and Christ-centered materials.
Support groups offered throughout Minnesota.

The weekly support programs are led by teams of peers who have experienced similar losses in their own lives. The programs are 10 weeks in length, meeting once a week.
Programs:
* Coping with life alone
* Rebuilding
* Building happiness
Beginning Experience of Eastern North Dakota is part of an international, Christian, non-denominational support program.

A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.

International ministry rooted in the Catholic tradition and serving people of all faith backgrounds. The programs are based in local retreats, including sites in Minnesota.
Different sites offer different levels and types of support groups, which may include:
* Coping with Life Alone: A one-day introductory program designed to help those who are grieving the loss of a spousal relationship due to death, divorce or separation. The program helps the participants begin to deal with the loss and focus on what lies ahead.
* The Beginning Experience Weekend: Helps deal with the natural grief process and offers an opportunity for turning the pain of loss into an experience of positive growth.
* Moving Forward with Hope, Coping with Life Alone: A multi-session, in-person program designed to help those who are grieving the loss of a spousal relationship due to death, divorce or separation.
