The adult foster care service covers the provision of protection, supervision, household services, help with living skills or training and support for safeguarding cash resources. Foster care services are individualized and based on the needs of the person, as identified in the support plan. Residents commit to stay for a minimum of six months and may stay up to 18 months. One family returning to the community from incarceration can be served in the Family Legacy Home. The Women's Lighthouse is a meeting place for women who have been in jail or prison, as well as women who have been impacted by crime. It provides residency to women who commit to staying in the home for a minimum of 1 year and may choose to apply for an additional year through the Transformation Phase.

The focus typically comprises gaining permanent housing, education, and employment. Wellness is also encouraged, and clients receive support in setting and keeping medical, dental and psychological care appointments. As they recover and look for a job and permanent housing, residents can stay 30 days up to two years. The typical stay lasts approximately six months - the amount of time it takes to locate and secure permanent housing.

This program provides support to people in abusive situations and works to reduce relationship abuse, intimate partner violence and family violence. Programs may include crisis intervention and domestic violence education and prevention.
